Power Cable
This product refers to the GB/T19666 and GB/T 12706 standards. It has high flame retardant performance, low combustion smoke, low irritating gas production, and is green and environmentally friendly.
MessageThis product complies with GB/T 19666 and GB/T 12706 standards, and has the highest flame retardant properties It can meet the requirements of Category A in GB/T 18380.3. The light transmittance and HCl corrosive gas release when burning low-smoke halogen-free cables meet the standard requirements.
Usage Features
When halogen-free and low-smoke cables are used normally, the long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductor is 90°C. When short-circuited (maximum short-circuit time 5s), the maximum conductor temperature does not exceed 250°C.
When low-smoke and low-halogen cables are used normally, the long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductor does not exceed 70°C. When short-circuited (maximum short-circuit time 5S), the maximum conductor temperature does not exceed 160°C.
The minimum temperature for cable laying is 0°C, and the minimum bending radius during laying: without armor layer, should be no less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable. When armored, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Four cores can be divided into four cores with equal cross-sections or three large and one small unequal cross-section structures; five cores can be divided into three large and two small or four large and one small unequal cross-section structures; the color can be provided according to the user's color code.
Technical indicators
The finished cable insulation resistance, the insulation resistance constant when converted to 20℃ should not be less than 36.7M&Omega ;·km.
The finished cable should withstand the withstand voltage test of AC 50Hz 3.5kV test voltage. The test stability lasts for 5 minutes without breakdown.
Smoke density test when burning halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cables, the minimum transmittance is not less than 60%. The release amount of hydrogen chloride gas (HCL) is not more than 5%, the pH value is not less than 4.3, and the conductivity is not more than 10μs/mm.
In the smoke density test when burning low-smoke and low-halogen flame-retardant cables, the minimum light transmittance is not less than 35%, and the hydrogen chloride gas release is not more than 100mg/g.
Delivery length
Power cables are generally delivered in reels. The total delivery length is generally not less than 100m. Short sections of cables with a length of not less than 20m are allowed to be delivered. But its quantity should not exceed 10% of the total delivery volume. According to the agreement between the two sides, delivery can be made in any length, with a length measurement error of ±0.5%.
